Special attention: If you are in Latin America and you have already purchased and sold Surron products through other distributors, but can no longer continue to market Surron motorcycles due to the discontinuation of those distributors, please contact us directly by e-mail at yaoyao@sur-ron.com, without having to download and complete the “Distributor Request Form”.

Please include your company name, CNPJ number or equivalent tax identification number, your contact details and the frame number of one of the Surron E-Bikes you have already sold. We are at your disposal to assist you!

Please include in your e-mail the name of your company, your tax identification number, your contact details and the frame number of one of the Surron E-Bikes you have already sold.

Equipe Surron Latin America - Information for Distributors

  1. A Equipe Latin America the exclusive sales center that serves Surron Latin America distributors. If you wish to become a Surron distributor in the region, please read the information below. After completely understanding the content, click on the download link at the bottom of the page to download the “Distributor Application Form”.”. Fill out the form using a computer and send the file in PDF format to yaoyao@sur-ron.com, with the subject “Distributor Application + Your Company Name”.”. (If you need to fill out the form manually, make sure that the handwriting is clear and legible. The team responsible for analyzing distributor applications may only understand English, and illegible handwriting can significantly delay the approval process).
  1. The Surron Latin America team is the B2B service time of the Surron brand in the region. We only accept distributor requests from companies located in Latin American countries. When filling out the “Distributor Application Form”, please make sure you provide a valid tax identification number and that it corresponds to the name of the company informed. In case the tax identification number is not valid or does not correspond to the name of the company, you will not receive a return from our team. (Equipe Surron Latin America does not impose restrictions on the type of company, therefore, you can be a candidate as a limited company, sole proprietorship or any other business model).
  1. If you are able to have a physical lot, include photos of the facility in your email. This will help expedite the approval process for your application.
  1. If your request is approved, we will send you an email with the updated pricing table for the quarter. Upon completion of your first order, your company will be officially added to our distributor directory, and an account will be created for you to purchase replacement parts at tiered pricing.

  1. If you are a distributor, you may not yet have a contact to purchase replacement parts or your information will not appear on the “Encontre um Distribuidor” page, please contact us through the contact page.

Surron Latin America Team - Information for Distributors

  1. The Surron Latin America Team is the exclusive sales center serving Surron distributors throughout Latin America. If you would like to become a Surron distributor in the region, please read the following information carefully. After fully understanding the contents, click on the link at the bottom of the page to download the “Distributor Application Form”. Complete the form on a computer and send it in PDF format to yaoyao@sur-ron.com, with the subject “Distributor Application + Your Company Name”. (If you need to complete the form by hand, please ensure that your handwriting is clear and legible. The team responsible for reviewing distributor applications and unclear handwriting can significantly delay the approval process).
  1. The Surron Latin America Team is the B2B support team for the Surron brand in the region. We only accept distributor applications from companies located in Latin America. When completing the “Distributor Application Form”, be sure to provide an RFC number and match the company name provided. If the RFC number is not valid or does not match the company name, you will not receive a response from our team. (The Surron Latin America Team does not impose restrictions on the type of company, so you can apply as a limited liability company, sole proprietorship or other type of business).
  1. If you have a physical store, include photos of your establishment in the mailing. This will help expedite the approval process for your application.
  1. Once your distributor application is approved, we will send you an email with the current price list for the quarter. After completing your first order, your company will be officially added to our distributor directory and an account will be created for you to purchase parts at preferential prices.
  1. If you are already a distributor but do not yet have an account to purchase parts or if your information does not appear on the “Find a Distributor” page, please contact us through the Contact Us page.
