GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SURRON MEXICO

Section 1

Applicability to Companies and Definitions (1)

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version in force at the time of the order. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily attributable to his commercial or independent professional activity.

Section 2.

Formalization of the contract, preservation of the contract text

(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders placed via our online store https://www.surron.mx.

(2) In case of formalization of the contract, it shall be entered into with ELEVENINE Magnolia #197 La Tijera, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco, Mexico, 45645.

 

(3) The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but merely a non-binding invitation to the customer to place an order. By placing the order, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

(4) When placing an order in our online store, the following provisions apply: The customer submits a binding offer upon successful completion of the order process in our online store.

 

The ordering process consists of the following steps:

1) Select the desired item(s)

2) Add the item(s) to your cart

3) Check the items in your shopping cart

4) Click on the “Finalize purchase” button.”

5) Enter your personal information

6) Review and, if necessary, correct the information entered.

7) Complete your order by clicking on the “Place order” or “Buy” button.

 

Before submitting the order, the customer can review their information and correct any errors by clicking the “Back” button on their browser. You can also cancel the process by closing the browser. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order by means of an automatically generated e-mail (“Order Confirmation”). This constitutes our provisional acceptance of your offer, but we reserve the right to cancel the offer/invoice without stating reasons.

 

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed through our online store:

We will send you the order details by email. You can also view the Terms and Conditions at any time at https://surron.mx/terminos-condiciones/.

For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible online.

Shipping costs are NOT included in the price of the product.

(1) Prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

Shipping costs will be added.

If the full amount is not received in ELEVENINE's account within 5 working days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Section 4

Delivery

(1) Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery will be made within a maximum of 2 working days. The delivery period begins, the next business day of the issuance of the payment order and confirmation of payment in FULL of the amount to the bank responsible for the transfer, and/or, for any other method of payment- If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next business day.

(2) Even in the case of online purchases, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods sold passes to the carrier upon delivery of the goods and generation of the tracking number.

Section 5

Domain Reservation

We reserve the right of ownership of the goods until full, complete and full payment of the purchase price.
